Are you a visionary marketer with a passion for driving brand success across diverse categories? Join us as a Senior Brand Manager!

This position is accountable for crafting and implementing a strategic marketing growth plan across a key toy category. The position will work with a wide number of stakeholders. The individual will be responsible for adapting and implementing key marketing strategies defined by the Regional/Global Brand Marketing Teams and consistent brand direction, as well as driving the local specificities of the category.

The ideal candidate for this position will be hired externally through third-party agency.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Brand Strategy: Tailor global strategies to fit the GCC market, driving local brand success through effective communication, positioning, and PR campaigns.
  • Franchise Partnership: Collaborate closely with the franchise team to develop and implement brand plans across toys, CP, and LBE categories, ensuring alignment on budgets and key initiatives.
  • Customer Marketing & Retail Implementation: Lead cross-category initiatives and ensure seamless in-store execution across key retail partners.
  • Pricing & Product Selection: Analyze competition and adapt pricing strategies, while fine-tuning product offerings for regional relevance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver compelling presentations to key partners and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment.
  • Sales Analysis & Channel Management: Leverage sales data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and set channel priorities based on regional guidelines.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) or equivalent experience
  • Strong and proven experience and results in Marketing, Customer Marketing roles in Toys, FMCG or licensed consumer goods, Apparel or the Health and Beauty industry
  • Build strong and effective relationships with a large number of stakeholders
  • Strong competitive Spirit, results oriented, with a clear desire to succeed
  • Great tactical skills, ability to react quickly to changing situations
  • Confidently able to work on own initiative and action oriented
  • Strategic thinking ability and able to demonstrate creativity through the proposal of new business opportunities
  • Collaborative partner to internal and external customers
  • Ability to work on a wide variety of projects within deadlines
  • Skilled in selling and influencing
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
