About StockGro

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Brand Marketing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strong “creative strategist” with a proven track record of working with mass appeal brands and a strong ability to craft compelling narratives. Experience with at least one startup, ideally in the most recent role, is highly preferred. The candidate must possess excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance StockGro’s brand presence and market position.
- Develop and own brand positioning, in a manner consistent with our values and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for brand growth.
- Build a strong share of voice for the brand in earned media, especially PR.
- Lead the development of creative content, including but not limited to, print, digital marketing materials, social media content, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage and optimise brand communication channels to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future marketing efforts.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, influencers, and industry experts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, with a focus on mass appeal brands.
- Proven experience working with at least one startup, ideally in the latest role.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
