This Senior Business Analyst role involves partnering with stakeholders to recommend and implement integrated technology solutions aligned with business needs. The role acts as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on AI, Data Engineering, and Operations to identify opportunities, translate requirements into solutions, and drive impact in Manufacturing. Responsibilities include assessing needs, presenting solutions, facilitating discussions, supporting implementations, advocating for standardization, developing documentation, and providing training. This role requires a deep understanding of data product vision, strong communication, project management skills, and experience in manufacturing systems, ensuring effective use of adopted digital solutions and consistent outcomes across teams.

  • Strong ability to analyze business and operational processes
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical and process-related issues
  • Familiarity with low-code platforms
  • Experience on software development and scripting skills with languages and frameworks such as C#, Angular, and NestJS is a must.
  • Experience with both relational (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and non-relational databases, alongside data warehousing technologies like Snowflake, to manage and model enterprise data effectively is a must
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

Internal Title: Sr Data Product Manager

Position Summary:                    

This role partners closely with stakeholders to recommend and implement integrated technology solutions that align with business needs. Acting as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams. Working at the intersection of AI, Data Engineering, and Operations, the team identifies opportunities, translates business requirements into actionable solutions, and drives measurable impact across Manufacturing and its supporting functions.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assess stakeholder needs and business objectives to identify the most suitable digital tools and technology solutions.
  • Present clear, data-driven justifications for selected solutions, highlighting benefits such as scalability, integration capability, user experience, and ROI.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions and workshops to gather input and ensure consensus on solution adoption.
  • Support the implementation of digital and data-driven initiatives by ensuring process readiness and sustainable adoption.
  • Advocate for process standardization and harmonization across functions to drive consistent and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and solution blueprints to ensure clarity and continuity across teams.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and training to stakeholders to maximize the value and effective use of adopted digital solutions.

Position Requirements:

  • Capable of defining the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of data products to ensure alignment with business objectives, key performance indicators, and digital transformation efforts
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to lead workshops, training, and stakeholder engagement effectively.
  • Demonstrated Project management skills, including planning, execution, and coordination of cross-functional initiatives, preferably with certifications such as PMP or Agile Scrum Master.
  • Strong documentation skills to develop clear process flows, project plans, and solution blueprints ensuring transparency and continuity.
  • Skilled at researching and evaluating market tools to identify the best solutions that support and accelerate the team’s development efforts.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing systems, including MES, LIMS, and SAP, to align digital solutions with operational workflows.

Preferred Experience/Education/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
  • Over 5 years of experience participating in end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects
  • Successfully led more than 1 projects from initiation to completion.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira for tracking, planning, and coordinating project activities.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma to identify and implement efficiency gains.
  • Strong ability to analyze business and operational processes to design scalable, data-driven solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical and process-related issues.
  • Familiarity with low-code platforms to enable rapid application development and streamline solution delivery.
  • Experience on software development and scripting skills with languages and frameworks such as C#, Angular, and NestJS is a must.
  • Experience with both relational (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and non-relational databases, alongside data warehousing technologies like Snowflake, to manage and model enterprise data effectively is a must
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their native data services, enabling scalable and secure solution deployments is a plus
