We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for one of our investment products.
Your main tasks will be:
- Compiling and maintaining a document structure describing requirements;
- Describing system functional/non-functional requirements, collaborating with internal teams (CEO, design team, development team) as stakeholders;
- Creating and maintaining a unified glossary of terms describing our domains and domain objects.
We expect from you:
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication is essential for gathering requirements effectively. This includes active listening, articulating ideas, and facilitating discussions with stakeholders;
- Documentation Skills: Proficiency in documenting requirements in a structured and organized manner;
- Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze gathered information to identify patterns, dependencies, and potential conflicts in requirements;
- Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude to identify problems, propose solutions, and make recommendations based on the gathered requirements;
- Writing Skills: Strong writing skills are crucial for documenting requirements clearly, accurately, and comprehensively. This includes writing user stories, use cases, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements.
