Dun & Bradstreet seeks a Senior Business Consultant to join its Central Europe Risk & Compliance Consulting Team. This role involves providing expert insights, direction, and support in pre-sales and sales engagements with key clients, focusing on supply chain risk, compliance, sustainability, or financial risk. The consultant will lead strategic client engagements, build client trust by showcasing deep expertise in data, products, and solutions, and present insights confidently to C-suite executives. Responsibilities include driving high-value deals, developing solution designs aligned with client needs, and supporting customers post-sales. The role also requires staying updated on industry changes, collaborating with product teams for innovation, and supporting go-to-market activities. A proactive, ownership mindset and continuous learning are essential.
Must have:
- 8+ years of experience in data and data-driven processes
- Knowledge of relevant regulations
- Expertise in supply chain risk (compliance, sustainability, or financial risk)
- Strong analytical skills with large datasets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and convincing abilities
- Proactive, ownership mindset
- Fluency in English and German
Good to have:
- Expertise in API Integration
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry

About the Role
As a Senior Business Consultant, you’ll work closely with our Strategic Sales team to provide expert insights, direction, and support in pre-sales and sales engagements with our largest clients. You'll help businesses unlock the full potential of our solutions, guiding them through complex decision-making processes and delivering real value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Join the D&B Central Europe Risk & Compliance Consulting Team as supply chain risk expert.
- Lead strategic client engagements, supporting sales efforts and closing deals.
- Build trust with clients by showcasing deep expertise in our data, products and solutions.
- Present insights and recommendations confidently to C-suite executives.
- Drive complex, high-value deals and identify new strategic opportunities.
- Develop and deliver solution designs that align with client needs, regulations and market trends.
- Accompanying customers in the post-sales phase with support on how D&B Data can be transformed into decisions.
- Stay ahead of industry changes, market sentiment, and regulatory updates.
- Collaborate with product teams to influence innovation and enhance offerings.
- Support go-to-market (GTM) activities, including whitepapers, webinars, and thought leadership.
- Understand the competitive landscape and craft winning strategies.
- Represent the company in industry groups, shaping best practices and thought leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in data and data driven processes
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and dealing with at least one of the following supply chain risk - compliance, sustainability or financial risk
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-suite audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and convincing abilities.
- A proactive, ownership mindset with a drive for continuous learning and collaboration.
- Expertise in API Integration is a plus as well as knowledge on the manufacturing industry
- Fluency in English and German language.
