Job Description
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for business development in the blockchain finance sector, particularly in DeFi and staking, and the planning, design, and iteration of innovative financial products. They will stay updated on trends in the blockchain industry, analyze industry hotspots, identify and expand high-quality projects for collaboration, develop cooperation plans, and build relationships with overseas blockchain investment institutions. The role involves research, analysis, and strategic partnership development. The company is committed to shaping a fairer, more transparent, and accessible society through blockchain technology.
Must have:
- 2+ years of experience in blockchain or finance, focusing on DeFi or staking.
- In-depth understanding of blockchain mechanisms and L1/L2 ecosystems.
- Extensive business resources within the blockchain industry, especially DeFi.
- Proficiency in English, capable of international business meetings.
- Strong ability to handle pressure, responsibility, and excellent communication.
Good to have:
- Overseas study or work experience with understanding of international markets.
- Experience in DeFi or staking projects is preferred.

About the Opportunity
What You'll Be Doing:
- Responsible for business development in the blockchain finance sector, particularly in DeFi, staking, and the planning, design, and iteration of innovative financial products.
- Stay updated on trends in the blockchain industry and platform ecosystem, especially Layer 1 (L1) and Layer 2 (L2) networks, with the ability to analyze industry hotspots and trends, participate in DeFi products, and provide regular implementation insights.
- Identify and expand high-quality public chain projects and on-chain DeFi protocols for collaboration, follow up on the entire process from evaluation to execution.
- Develop and present cooperation plans with global resource projects, leveraging external resources and project influence to bring user growth and traffic to the platform.
- Build and maintain good relationships with overseas blockchain investment institutions, providing in-depth analysis and evaluation of potential strategic partnerships and future collaborations.
- Regularly conduct research on new trends in the industry, summarize key highlights, and maintain close attention to relevant projects.
What We Look For In You
- Over 2 years of experience in the blockchain or financial industry, with a focus on DeFi, staking, or related areas.
- In-depth understanding of blockchain mechanisms, familiar with L1 and L2 ecosystems, with the ability to analyze and study market trends in DeFi.
- Extensive business resources within the blockchain industry, particularly in the DeFi and public chain fields.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, capable of conducting international business meetings.
- Strong ability to handle pressure, a strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and good communication and coordination skills.
Nice to Haves
- Overseas study or work experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of international markets.
- Candidates with experience in DeFi or staking projects are preferred.
