Job Summary
Job Description
CRED is seeking a Senior Campaign Operations professional to configure and deploy app features, updates, experiments, and campaigns across multiple screens. This role involves ensuring seamless integration between design, data, and system components, and collaborating with Product Management, Backend, Frontend, and QA teams to coordinate feature rollouts and troubleshoot technical challenges. The ideal candidate will orchestrate behind-the-scenes operations for perfect feature component functionality, manage release schedules, and mitigate risks in the deployment pipeline. Responsibilities include documenting operational procedures and providing technical support during feature launches.
Must have:
- 3-5 years experience in App/feature releases
- UAT, App configurations
- Configuration QA, A/B testing
- API testing, Go To Market (GTM)
- Basic SQL skills
- Understanding of data structures (JSON)
- Decision Trees
- Logical expression handling
- Stakeholder management (Product & Tech)

here is what you will do when you join as a part of the team:
what will you do:
- configure and deploy app features/ updates, experiments and campaigns across multiple screens, ensuring seamless integration between design, data, and system components
- test and validate new features end-to-end in sync with QA team before release, identifying and resolving issues to guarantee optimal user experience
- collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Backend, Frontend, and QA teams to coordinate feature rollouts and troubleshoot technical challenges
- orchestrate the behind-the-scenes operations that ensure all feature components work perfectly together before reaching end users
- coordinate release schedules and manage the technical workflow from stage testing to live deployment
- identify and mitigate risks in the deployment pipeline, proactively addressing potential issues before they impact users
- document and standardize operational procedures to enhance team efficiency and ensure consistent deployment practices
- provide technical support during feature launches and coordinate rapid response to any post-deployment issues.
