Job Description
As a Senior Capture Artist at Behaviour Interactive, you'll be part of the marketing creative services team, responsible for capturing high-quality video sequences for marketing campaigns. This involves strategic storyboard design, collaboration with the team, capturing compelling gameplay moments using in-game cameras, organizing complex capture sessions, maintaining game builds, pre-selecting and exporting video excerpts, and mentoring junior team members. Your expertise in photography, cinematography, and gameplay capture will be vital in showcasing the quality of their game portfolio. You'll work closely with the team lead and Associate Video Director to create impactful visuals.
Must have:
- Expert in photography, cinematography, and gameplay capture
- Experience with in-game cameras and character positioning
- Storyboard design and collaboration skills

- Proficient in video compression and exporting

As a senior member of the capture team, you will be a specialist in your area, setting quality standards, handling complex projects, and providing advanced expertise in photography, cinematography, and gameplay capture.

In this role, you will:
- Collaborate closely with the the team lead and the Associate Video Director as well as the team members to design detailed and strategic storyboards;
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions to propose creative ideas that elevate the quality of marketing content;
- Capture outstanding gameplay moments using in-game cameras and positioning characters in varied and engaging scenarios across our game portfolio;
- Organize complex capture sessions based on specific project needs;
- Maintain and update game builds on platforms like Steam, ensuring stability and readiness for capture;
- Oversee the preselection for video excerpts, applying compression and exporting them efficiently for video editors and motion graphic designers;
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise to ensure high-quality productions across the board.
Dans ce rôle, vous devrez :
- Collaborer étroitement avec le·la chef·e d'équipe et le·la directeur·roce associé de la vidéo ainsi qu'avec les membres de l'équipe pour concevoir des storyboards détaillés et stratégiques ;
- Contribuer aux sessions de brainstorming pour proposer des idées créatives qui élèvent la qualité du contenu marketing ;
- Capturer des moments de gameplay exceptionnels en utilisant des caméras en jeu et en positionnant les personnages dans des scénarios variés et engageants à travers notre portefeuille de jeux ;
- Organiser des sessions de capture complexes en fonction des besoins spécifiques des projets ;
- Maintenir et mettre à jour les versions de jeu sur des plateformes comme Steam, en assurant la stabilité et la préparation pour la capture ;
- Superviser la présélection des extraits vidéo, en appliquant la compression et en les exportant efficacement pour les monteurs·euses vidéo et les concepteurs·rices de graphiques animés ;
- Encadrer et guider les membres juniors·es de l'équipe, en partageant votre expertise pour garantir des productions de haute qualité.
En tant qu'Artiste Capture Sénior·e chez Behaviour, vous ferez partie de notre équipe de services créatifs marketing, capturant et livrant des séquences vidéo de haute qualité à des fins marketing. Votre expertise dans le placement des caméras en jeu et l'enregistrement de moments de jeu captivants sera essentielle pour produire des visuels percutants qui mettent en valeur la diversité et la qualité de notre portefeuille de jeux.
En tant que membre sénior·e de l'équipe de capture, vous serez un·e spécialiste dans votre domaine, établissant des normes de qualité, gérant des projets complexes et fournissant une expertise avancée en photographie, cinématographie et capture de gameplay.
