Salary: $115-135K/annually

Most Important:
- 9+ years of experience building and managing scalable, cloud-native infrastructure, preferably on AWS
- Deep understanding of DevOps practices, automation, and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, and configuration management systems (e.g., Chef, SaltStack)
- Strong scripting and programming abilities (e.g., Bash, Python, Node.js) with a focus on performance, monitoring, and operational stability
- Proven experience deploying resilient systems in distributed environments, with expertise in system tuning, fault tolerance, and proactive monitoring
Qualifications:
- Strong grasp of virtualization, containerization, and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Demonstrated success leading infrastructure projects, from design to implementation, in Agile environments
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code, system observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, New Relic), and cloud cost optimization strategies
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure and automation solutions to support business-critical systems
- Lead efforts in performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of cloud-based applications and services
- Work cross-functionally to improve deployment workflows, reliability, and cost efficiency of cloud resources
- Mentor team members and help define best practices for DevOps and cloud operations
- Continuously assess and enhance infrastructure to ensure security, compliance, and operational excellence
