Most Important:

• 9+ years of experience building and managing scalable, cloud-native infrastructure, preferably on AWS
• Deep understanding of DevOps practices, automation, and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, and configuration management systems (e.g., Chef, SaltStack)
• Strong scripting and programming abilities (e.g., Bash, Python, Node.js) with a focus on performance, monitoring, and operational stability
• Proven experience deploying resilient systems in distributed environments, with expertise in system tuning, fault tolerance, and proactive monitoring

Qualifications:

• Strong grasp of virtualization, containerization, and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Demonstrated success leading infrastructure projects, from design to implementation, in Agile environments
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code, system observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, New Relic), and cloud cost optimization strategies
• Effective communicator with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure and automation solutions to support business-critical systems
• Lead efforts in performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of cloud-based applications and services
• Work cross-functionally to improve deployment workflows, reliability, and cost efficiency of cloud resources
• Mentor team members and help define best practices for DevOps and cloud operations
• Continuously assess and enhance infrastructure to ensure security, compliance, and operational excellence
