Intel Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab in Intel China working on leading edge 3D NAND product. Intel and SK Hynix have an agreement for SK Hynix to acquire Intel's NAND memory and storage business. and Intel will continue to manufacture NAND wafers at the Dalian memory manufacturing until the final closing expected to occur in March 2025. Intel DMTM will continue to build on the success of our NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting our customers.
We are seeking for the strong candidates to join us as a senior CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization) process engineer.
The selected candidates will be responsible for activities covering process, equipment, materials, and operations, examples of scope of work include silicon process improvement and product enhancement, equipment capability evaluation and expansion, and wafer cost reduction.
You will be also responsible for leading technology development, enabling manufacture of innovative 3D NAND Memory products, executing and analyzing experiments necessary to meet engineering specifications for their process Participate.
Candidates must have demonstrated a track record of excellence in creative problem solving, equipment capability enabling, or manufacturing process optimization in a relevant engineering organization.

PhD/MS in a science or engineering field plus a minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor research, development or manufacturing environment are required.
Demonstrated technical leadership and a track record of problem solving with creativity and out-of-box thinking.
Hands-on experiences in technology development, technology transfer or startup are required.
Strong expertise of process characterization, qualification and troubleshooting is required.
Direct experience in Silicon Process Technology Development is highly desired.
