About the role

As the Senior Community Manager for the development of our highly innovative game that combines elements of MOBAs, MMOs and RTS games into something completely unique. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain a thriving and engaged community. This involves crafting and executing a comprehensive community strategy that aligns with the game's goals. You will manage the game’s presence across various social media platforms, create compelling content to foster community engagement, and organize events that excite and engage our player base.

About you

  • A seasoned community management professional with a deep understanding of the gaming industry, particularly within the MOBA genre. You have significant experience in community management.
  • You enjoy being hands-on and can effectively plan, schedule and execute on day-to-day post schedules but also build viable roadmaps leading up to large events and releases
  • You are an expert in the written English language and you are a master at finding the right tone of voice for the right audience
  • You LOVE people and gamers in particular
  • You have managed large, active gaming communities and you have a proven track record of fostering positive, inclusive environments.
  • A great communicator, both written and verbal, with a talent for creating engaging content that resonates with players.
  • You know how to develop and execute effective community strategies, while your analytical skills help you interpret community data to drive decisions. You are comfortable managing social media platforms and have experience using community management tools and analytics software.
  • Passionate about gaming, particularly MOBA games and you bring a proactive, creative approach to community management.
  • Calm under pressure, capable of handling crisis situations with professionalism and tact, and are dedicated to ensuring the best possible experience for our players.
