Job Description

As a Senior Community Manager at MY.GAMES, you will be responsible for communicating with players and opinion leaders across various platforms, answering queries, and providing support. You will collaborate with moderators, volunteers, and opinion leaders to develop and implement community rules and systems. Responsibilities include creating and executing content plans, generating text and visual content (with the art department), publishing content on social media (Instagram, Discord, Facebook, YouTube), gathering and analyzing player feedback, and contributing to the development of programs for content creators. Experience in community management (minimum 1 year), mobile gaming, and social media platforms is essential. The role requires strong written communication skills, content creation abilities, task management skills, and a proactive approach.

What you’ll do:
  • Communicate with opinion leaders and players on platforms where we’re present; answer questions and provide help
  • Work with moderators, volunteers, and opinion leaders in the community
  • Develop and implement systems of rules and bans
  • Develop a content plan taking into account the specifics of each channel
  • Create text content independently; create visual content together with the art department
  • Publish content on social networks: Instagram, Discord, Facebook, YouTube
  • Collect feedback, process it, and present to colleagues from the product team
  • Participate in the development of programs for working with content creators
What you need to succeed:
  • Minimum one year community management experience is a must
  • Experience with mobile games
  • Experience with social networks: Instagram, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
  • Experience with opinion leaders and with outsourcing (moderators, volunteers)
  • Skills working with text, and the ability to create content according to a given TOV
  • Task setting skills and the ability to monitor their implementation
  • Self-management, and a proactive approach to work
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Midcore projects
