Job Summary:** Senior Consultants will lead business transformation workstreams for utility clients.

**Key Responsibilities:

·       - Lead delivery of assigned consulting workstreams.

·       - Engage with clients to gather requirements and deliver insights.

·       - Support strategy and implementation initiatives.

·       - Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.

·       - 12+ years in consulting or relevant industry experience.

·       - Strong analytical and presentation skills.
