Imerza is seeking a Senior Technical Producer with expertise in architectural visualization and Unreal Engine to manage the production of high-quality, interactive digital experiences. This role involves overseeing Archviz projects from concept to completion, managing cross-functional teams, streamlining workflows, and ensuring the seamless delivery of projects. Responsibilities include leading project planning, execution, and delivery, coordinating with artists, developers, and designers, and optimizing workflows for data integration. The producer will also manage schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and troubleshoot technical challenges, while mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Autodesk and BIM workflows, experience with scripting languages, and proficiency in Unreal Engine.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Archviz projects using Unreal Engine.
- Coordinate with artists, developers, and designers to align technical and creative goals.
- Develop and manage production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Optimize workflows for data integration between tools like Autodesk, BIM 360, and Unreal Engine.
- Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
- Troubleshoot technical and production challenges to keep projects on track.
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, innovative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Producer or similar role in Archviz or real-time visualization.
- Advanced proficiency in Unreal Engine, including Blueprints and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of Autodesk and BIM workflows for architectural data.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#) for pipeline automation.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Perforce, Git).
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Nice to Haves:
- Background in architectural visualization, digital twins, or real-estate marketing.
- Knowledge of real-time rendering techniques and optimization for VR/AR.
- Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools or asset management systems.
