About Pincode:

Pincode is India’s first-of-its-kind local commerce app, revolutionising how local retailers connect with customers. It is built with the vision of empowering neighborhood stores, kiranas, and supermarkets. Pincode bridges the gap between traditional retail and modern e-commerce while preserving the charm of trusted, personalized service.

Job Objective: 

The role will entail developing in-depth understanding of various CRM channels including Push Notifications, WhatsApp and e-mail to drive customer retention. The incumbent will be responsible for using appropriate mix of CRM levers to improve business performance and shape platform traffic. The incumbent will be expected to improve CTR of interventions and optimise for channel cost.

Role Brief 

• Coordination between Category Managers to create optimal CRM calendar
• Close working with analytics team to derive performance
• Setting up of campaigns leveraging consoles
• Coordination with content team for campaign creation

Skill Set:

• Strong stakeholder management
• Strong communication skills
• Basic Excel/ Google Sheets
• Basic SQL (good to have - not must have) 
• Exp : 3-4 years 
• IC role
