Summary

The Senior CRM Planning Manager will be responsible for executing the engagement and communication strategy for consumer-centric CRM campaigns, owning and executing the membership points program, supporting key projects for member lifecycle management, and executing the PCE content strategy to deliver personalized value to different target groups. This role requires partnering with data analytics to generate data-driven optimization plans for CRM operations. Responsibilities include integrating customer insights into practical CRM programs and activities to recruit, retain, and reactivate consumers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM programs, member communications, brand communications, digital and mobile ecosystems, and proven strategic thinking skills. Experience in agency work and proficiency in PPT and Excel are essential.
Must have:
  • 4+ years CRM/Digital Marketing Planning Exp.
  • Execute CRM campaigns & membership programs

  • Strong PPT & Excel skills
  • Fluency in English & Mandarin

Job Description

  • Execute the engagement and communication strategy for consumer-centic CRM campaign.
  • Own and execute membership points program.
  • Support key projects for member lifecycle management.
  • Execute the PCE content strategy to deliver the personalized value to different target groups.
  • Partner with data analytics to generate data-driven optimization plan for CRM operation.
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Engineering/Economics/Marketing/Business Administration preferred
  • At least 4+ years working experience in planning, digital marketing, CRM project experience preferred.
  • Integrate the knowledge of customer insight in practicable CRM programs and activities in order to recruit, retain and reactivate consumers.
  • Agency work experience preffered with proven track record of strategic thinking
  • Awareness of the ongoing trends especially digital & mobile eco-systems
  • Understanding of CRM program and member communications , understanding for brand communications required
  • Demonstrated ability of taking initiative and collaborating with people
  • Quick learner, proactive working attitude and project management experience
  • Strong PPT and Excel skill is a must for business reporting
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin

 

* Planner without CRM experience can be considered as long as they have experience on digital project planning and familiar with WeChat ecosystem and WeChat account operation.   

* Candidates from internet company/EC agency who is familiar with user operation is also preferred.
