Kavaliro is looking for a Senior Customer Service Support Engineer to assist a client in Virginia. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware, and deploying software, along with experience in system administration and enterprise ticketing systems. The ideal candidate should have experience with Windows and Linux systems, LAN/WAN architectures, and VPN clients. They should also be able to demonstrate exceptional security practices when handling restricted data, with the ability to work on-site in Dulles, VA. The position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph. The role involves providing customer service and technical support for various systems.
Must have:
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Experience in technical support service.
  • Experience in system administration for Windows and Linux.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, telephony, and video.
  • Experience deploying and testing hardware and software.
  • Experience using an enterprise ticketing system.
  • Experience working with Windows Operating Systems.
  • Experience working with Linux Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN architectures and troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge with VPN clients like Cisco VPN.
Good to have:
  • Demonstrated exceptional security practice in working with Restricted Handling (RH) data.
  • Experience working with special systems such as FSA3 and FiCE.
  • Trained and Certified as a Data Transfer Officer.
  • Trained and Certified as a Krypto handling technician.
  • Trained to support special “Back Room” requirements.
  • Advanced training in FSA3 and FiCE architecture.

Kavaliro is seeking a Senior Customer Service Support Engineer to support a client in Virginia. 

REQUIRED SKILLS
The Contractor shall possess and provide the following required skills and demonstrated experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service
  • Demonstrated experience in technical support service
  • Demonstrated experience in system administration for Windows and Linux systems
  • Demonstrated experience trouble-shooting hardware, telephony, and video
  • Demonstrated experience deploying and testing hardware and software
  • Demonstrated experience using an enterprise ticketing system
  • Demonstrated experience working with Windows Operating Systems
  • Demonstrated experience working with Linux Operating Systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of LAN/WAN architectures and troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated working knowledge with VPN clients such as Cisco VPN and others
DESIRED SKILLS Other skills and demonstrated knowledge that are highly desired but not required to perform the work, include:
  • Demonstrated exceptional security practice in working with Restricted Handling (RH) data
  • Experience working with special systems such as FSA3 and FiCE

Location:
  • Dulles, VA
  • This position is onsite and there is no remote availability
Clearance Requirements:
