As a Senior Data Analyst at Sword Health, you will develop and implement advanced analytical solutions to extract insights from complex data sets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth. Your responsibilities include analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, developing and maintaining data models and algorithms, and designing data visualization tools. You will ensure that data solutions are accurate and accessible to clients and stakeholders. This role involves contributing to a mission-driven company focused on revolutionizing healthcare through AI and helping to build a pain-free world.
Must have:

- Knowledge and experience with databases (SQL)

- Experience with BI Tools (Looker, Tableau, etc..)
- Experience with BigQuery

What you'll be doing:
- Develop and implement advanced analytical solutions to extract insights from complex data sets;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that drive innovation, efficiency, and growth;
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to clients and stakeholders;
- Develop and maintain data models and algorithms to support advanced analysis;
- Design and implement data visualization tools and techniques to communicate insights to clients and stakeholders;
- Ensure that data solutions are accurate, reliable, and easily accessible to clients and stakeholders.
What you need to have:
- At least 4 years of working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst;
- Knowledge and experience with reporting, data warehousing, and databases (SQL);
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
What we would love to see:
- Experience with BI Tools (Looker, Tableau, etc..) is a plus;
- Experience with BigQuery is a plus.

Base: €29,400 - €46,200
Variable: €2,205 - €3,465
Net equity value per year: €9,860 - 15,495
These compensation bands are just the starting point. Once someone joins and proves they’re outlier talent, we adjust quickly to ensure their compensation aligns with their impact.

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary and any potential variable, bonus or sales incentives, and the Company’s estimation of the value of private company stock options, if applicable. The pay range is subject to change, future value of company stock options is not guaranteed, and compensation may be modified in the future.
