Job Description
As a Senior Data Analyst at BeReal, you'll play a crucial role in driving data-driven decisions and shaping the future of this rapidly growing social network. Your responsibilities include developing dashboards and reports to track key business metrics and growth performance; building and managing robust data pipelines to support evolving business needs; analyzing large datasets to answer strategic and operational questions; and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to translate data insights into actionable recommendations, impacting millions of users. The ideal candidate possesses substantial analytical experience, proficiency in SQL, Python, or Excel, and experience with large datasets and A/B testing. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is also required.

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who is deeply passionate about data-driven decisions, transforming raw data into clear actionable business insights, and who is constantly driving themselves and the team towards completing the next challenge.

- Develop dashboards and reports to foster company-wide comprehension of key business metrics and growth performance
- Build and manage robust data pipelines to align with ever-evolving business needs, ensuring optimal architecture support
- Analyze large, complex data sets representing the behaviour of millions of online users to address strategic and operational business questions
- Manage multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Profile
- You possess substantial experience in analytical roles
- You are skilled in at least on of these skills: SQL, Python or Excel
- You have experience with large volumes of data and AB/test
- You have practical experience with Tableau or a visualisation tool, and can create dashboards that are shared company-wide, facilitating data-driven decision-making across departments
- You enjoy being in contact with stakeholders and help them achieve their business goals
- A Master's degree in a top engineering or business school, in statistics, Math, Engineering, Economy, or other quantitative fields is mandatory for this role
- Advanced knowledge of statistical tools and models will be considered a significant advantage
