Role Overview: As a Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in the data science team and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end data science process, from data collection and analysis to model development and implementation. You will be creating, maintaining and improving data intelligence products in Clickpost.

What You Will Do

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Own the complete life cycle of data science initiatives, from ideation and data collection to model development, deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Hands-On Development: Actively engage in coding and development, employing advanced programming skills to build, test, and refine predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of data science solutions into our platform, driving significant improvements in logistics operations.
• Innovation and Best Practices: Champion the adoption of state-of-the-art data science methodologies, tools, and best practices, maintaining our competitive edge in the logistics tech sector.
• Strategic Influence: Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, playing a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of the company.
  
  

What You Ll Need To Succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Over 4+ years of experience in data science, including hands-on expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and analytics.
• Experience in modeling and production of data intelligence products or initiatives of user profiling, churn prediction or recommendation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, big data skills - SQL, Spark and machine learning frameworks such as SKLearn and PyTorch/TensorFlow.
• Demonstrated ability in leading data science projects from conception through implementation and evaluation, with a portfolio of successful initiatives.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously, taking initiative in high-stakes scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
