Senior Data Scientist - NLP

Job Description

This Senior Data Scientist - NLP role involves liaising with clients to understand data, developing NLP-based Voice of Customer systems, analyzing datasets using SoTA models, drawing inferences, and presenting findings to clients. Responsibilities include data blending from various sources (preferably in Azure/Microsoft tech stack), extracting valuable insights, and enhancing decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of data science experience and proficiency in NLP models (Classification, Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modelling, Machine Translation, or Speech Analytics), along with excellent Python skills and experience with NLP libraries (spaCy, HuggingFace Transformers).

Must Have:
  • 3+ years data science experience
  • NLP model experience (Classification, Sentiment Analysis etc.)
  • Excellent Python skills & NLP libraries (spaCy, HuggingFace)

  • Data blending (Azure/Microsoft preferred)

What will you do?

Transformers)
  • Proficiency in analysing extensive datasets to extract valuable insights and enhance

decision-making.
  • Proficiency in data blending for consolidating data from various sources, preferably in Azure

/ Microsoft tech stack
  • Desirable: Previous experience analysing consumer care data
  • Ability to work independently once given a direction
  • Good communication skills for effective collaboration with business professionals and

stakeholders
