SOLV Energy is an engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and solar services provider for utility solar, high voltage substation and energy storage markets across North America.
Job Description Summary:
The senior designer will create and implement designs that effectively communicate our company's vision and brand image. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and visually appealing designs. The Sr. Designer will lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring effective conveyance of our brand message through a wide range of materials, including presentations, marketing collateral, signage, internalcommunications, newsletters, advertisements and web graphics.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate internally as well as with clients to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that can be translated across various media platforms
- Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
- Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
- Apply typography techniques
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
- Increase user friendliness in digital products
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
- Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Update and maintain internal databases for designs
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of completed design projects
- Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Proficient in design software (e.g. InDesign)
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
- Attention to visual details
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
- BS degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
- Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Requires frequent reaching, handling, sitting, standing, walking, hearing, finger dexterity, and talking
- Occasional stooping/bending/crouching, carrying and lifting 20 or more lbs.
- The noise intensity level is moderate

$85,200.00 - $106,500.00
