Senior Designer / Concept Artist

Required Skills:

• Fluent with Adobe Photoshop
• 5+ years experience designing content in the animation industry.
• Mastery of art fundamentals such as Perspective, Form, Composition, Anatomy, Color, Value and Lighting
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work well in a team environment and provide assistance to junior artists
• Knowledge of 3D software and the 3D production pipeline
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Good time management skills

Job Duties:

• Able to conceptualize characters/ environments/ props consistent to the project style and prepare the concept for modeling, staging and texturing
• Ability to innovate and contribute to the overall visual language of a project
• Able to take feedback and apply the necessary revisions to your work
• Take responsibility for their own work and can complete tasks within the time allotted
• Show passion for their craft and engage in similar activities in their spare time, including taking the time to further their knowledge through study
• Able to Identify issues and relay them to team members
