Summary

Luxoft seeks a Senior Desktop Support L1-L2 professional to support its FinTech client. Responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting, managing Microsoft Exchange (on-premises & Office 365), Windows file shares, desktop builds, deployment & maintenance (including patching VMWare Horizon VDIs & Physical desktops/laptops), administering Symphony, Slack, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and application license management. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and common desktop applications, excellent problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication abilities. The role requires working effectively under pressure to meet SLAs. This is a remote opportunity based in Mexico and offers excellent personal development within a dynamic, growing company.
Must have:

Proven experience in a technical support role or as a service desk engineer.

Strong knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, Linux) and desktop applications.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet SLA commitments.

Microsoft Exchange (on-premises & Office 365) administration

Windows fileshare, files and folders administration
