As a Senior Web Developer, you will be involved in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. You will be creating high-level design artifacts, delivering high-quality code, and leading validation for testing. This role requires collaboration, teamwork, and a focus on continuous improvement. You will be expected to work with cross-functional teams, write clean code, optimize applications for performance, and stay updated with the latest technologies. This role emphasizes teamwork and collaboration, where excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
Must have:
- Design, develop, and implement web applications using Next.js and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
- Optimize web applications for maximum performance.
- Perform thorough testing and debugging.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in web technologies.
Good to have:
- Hands-on experience with Sitecore / Sitecore XP.
- Knowledge of Content Management with strong Sitecore knowledge.
- Knowledge of Sitecore JSS, Item Serialization, Sitecore CLI, connect, and Docker containers.
- Understanding of Sitecore Pipelines, deployment topologies, and Storage Roles.
- Good understanding of Design Patterns.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and able to manage/lead groups of people and tasks simultaneously.
- Good working knowledge in a relational database management system.
- Business acumen and industry knowledge.

Salary Range: AUD 108,571- 119,893(Annual Gross)

Short Description:
Skills required:
- Designing, developing, and implementing web applications using Next.js and related front-end technologies, such as React, HTML, Tailwind, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, front-end developers, and product managers, to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and client needs
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code, adhering to best practices and industry standards for Next.js development
- Optimizing web applications for maximum performance, compatibility, and responsiveness across various platforms and devices
- Performing thorough testing and debugging of Next.js applications to ensure optimal functionality, reliability, and security
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and API specifications, to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Staying up to date with the latest advancements in Next.js, React, and front-end web development technologies, and identifying opportunities to enhance existing applications or create new ones
- Providing technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members
- Good to have hands-on experience using Sitecore / SitceoreXP.
- Knowledge of Content Management with strong technical hands-on knowledge of Sitecore including best practices and features.
