Job Description

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Forescout, you will be responsible for implementing cloud services for content and software update distribution, designing network and infrastructure architecture using DevOps principles, and contributing to the engineering test lab and product capabilities. You will also implement test environments and collaborate with software engineers to ensure development processes are followed. This role requires strong expertise in Linux, bash scripting, Docker, Terraform, and Jenkins, along with experience in managing multi-Kubernetes clusters and cloud technologies (Azure is a plus).

What We Do

Managing cyber risk, together.

Forescout delivers automated cybersecurity across the digital terrain. It is a non-stop journey, managing cyber risk through automation and data-powered insights.

Responsibilities and tasks:

Implementation of cloud services for content distribution, software update distribution, orchestration logic for services in the cloud.
Design the network and infrastructure architecture with the emphasis on best practices and DevOps principles.
Contributing to the implementation, expansion, and innovation of the engineering test laboratory.
Contributing to the implementation, expansion, and innovation of the product capabilities.
Contributing to implement test environments, performance test environment and pre-production environment.
Working with software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended.

What You Offer Forescout:

A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Python programming knowledge is a must.
Deep knowledge of Linux OS, bash script programming is a must.
Considerable experience with Docker is a must.
Automation-first attitude. Experience with tools such as Terraform, terragrunt.
Strong work experience in managing CI tools, Jenkins is a must.
Substantial Experience in cloud technologies. Azure knowledge is a plus.
Good knowledge of networking and LAN equipment configuration.
Experience in multi kubernetes clusters administration and maintanance
Minimum 5 years of experience in an equivalent role.
