Job Description

Luxoft's Digital Cockpit practice seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to contribute to their Automotive division. Responsibilities include deploying and maintaining automation platform tools (Zuul CI, ArgoCD, Artifactory), automating environment setup on Kubernetes (EKS) using GitOps and Configuration as Code (CaC), managing configuration states, integrating security protocols, and ensuring the smooth operation of the CI/CD pipeline. The role requires extensive experience with AWS services (EKS, EC2, IAM, etc.), container orchestration, networking, and scripting languages like Python. Experience with Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, and the ELK stack is crucial.

Must have:

5+ years DevOps experience
CI/CD (Zuul, ArgoCD)
AWS (EKS, EC2, IAM)
Kubernetes
Python3
Configuration as Code
Monitoring (Prometheus, Loki, Grafana)

Good to have:

Java, C++
Pulumi

We develop IVI systems from pixel to silicon and apply agile methodologies to tackle challenging projects in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Toolchain Setup: Deploy, configure, and maintain critical tools for our Automation Platform

Use GitOps and Configuration as Code principles.

Automation of Environments: Automate the setup and teardown of various environments and automation platform tools on Kubernetes (EKS).

Configuration as Code (CaC): Manage configuration states for all tools and environments.

Security Integration: Implement security protocols for toolchains, including access control, SSL, and vulnerability scanning tools.

Skills

Must have

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps Engineer or similar role.

CI/CD Tools: Zuul CI, ArgoCD

Artifact Repositories: Artifactory

Source Code Repositories: Gerrit

AWS Cloud Infrastructure: EKS, EC2, Load Balancer, IAM, EBS, EFS, S3 etc.

Container Orchestration: Kubernetes

Networking: General networking knowledge, firewalls, VPCs, load balancers.

Infrastructure as Code: Pulumi

Programming Languages: Python3,

Monitoring & Log Tools: Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, ELK Stack

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Nice to have

Programming Languages: Java, C++
