SimCorp is transforming the way they deliver services to their clients and is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to proactively participate in the technical development of their testing services pipeline designed to serve Configuration and Upgrade projects executed by the Customer Application Service of SimCorp. You will be responsible for implementation of a new modern framework aimed for automated test infrastructure. This framework should enable scalability and decrease time-to-market for services delivered with high quality assurance. You will be using multiple technologies.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of software development experience in object-oriented languages
  • Modern engineering practitioner
  • Clear understanding of the SDLC and STLC
  • Good knowledge of CI/CD tooling
  • Experience in developing tools and frameworks for test automation

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
SimCorp is transforming the way we deliver services to our clients. We are looking for highly motivated and skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to proactively participate in the technical development of our testing services pipeline designed to serve Configuration and Upgrade projects executed by the Customer Application Service of SimCorp.  
 
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
In this role, you will be responsible for implementation of a new modern framework aimed for automated test infrastructure. Such a framework should enable scalability and decrease time-to-market for our services delivered with high quality assurance.  

You will be using multiple technologies, and your responsibilities will also include: 
Participation in the technical development of Configuration & Upgrade 
Services pipeline and toolset (Azure DevOps pipelines, SpecFlow, dockerized REST endpoints, etc.)  
Active participation in suitable DevOps and TestOps channels across the organization 
Popularization of idea and principles of the pipeline driven organization in Configuration & Upgrade Services 
Implementation of Tech team backlog 
 
WHAT WE VALUE
• 5+ year experience of software development in following object-oriented and script languages: .NET C#, Powershell (C++ or Python would be a great plus)  
Modern engineering practitioner (SOLID, XP, etc.)  
Clear understanding of the SDLC and STLC  
Good knowledge of CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps will be beneficial)  
• Experience in developing tools and frameworks focusing on test automation 
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
