The ideal candidate is a well-rounded digital marketer with experience in social media management, campaign execution, and content planning. The person in this position will collaborate with internal and external teams to shape Amber’s voice across owned channels and support initiatives.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in gaming.
  • Experience running and growing brand/product social accounts (B2B preferred).
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Business, Google Ads, and Mailchimp.
  • Skilled in writing short-form content and working with creative professionals.
  • Experience managing content calendars and publishing tools.
  • Understanding of performance marketing basics.

About the role:   
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role within Amber’s Marketing team, supporting both our corporate brand and product marketing efforts across a variety of platforms. This role combines executional strength with strategic thinking and touches everything from content calendars to paid ads, asset coordination and internal stakeholder collaboration.
The ideal candidate is a well-rounded digital marketer with experience in social media management, campaign execution, content planning and cross-functional communication. They’re comfortable running day-to-day operations while also thinking ahead about how we grow reach and engagement – whether it’s through organic content, newsletters, or targeted paid campaigns.
The person in this position will collaborate closely with internal and external teams (graphic designers, video editors, producers and marketing stakeholders) to shape Amber’s voice across owned channels and support the success of both studio and product-driven initiatives.
The Quest:   
  • Manage and execute Amber’s global social media calendar across key channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube), including scheduling, publishing, monitoring and light content creation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to brief, review and deliver visual and video assets for both B2B and product-facing campaigns.
  • Act as an internal account manager for social and marketing-related needs across departments, helping guide timelines, expectations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal game teams to support marketing efforts for Amber-developed products, including pre-launch visibility, launch content and community support.
  • Develop and send newsletters targeting both internal and external audiences, using Mailchimp or similar tools.
  • Support paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads), especially for Amber’s own games or brand-building initiatives.
  • Track performance on social and paid campaigns, extract insights and propose optimizations where relevant.
  • Ensure all digital touchpoints are aligned with Amber’s tone of voice, branding and quality standards.
  • Participate in cross-functional calls with stakeholders to define messaging, campaign timing and feedback loops.
  • Stay informed on digital marketing trends, platform updates and community behaviors relevant to gaming and entertainment brands.
The Skills:   
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content marketing, preferably in the gaming, tech, or creative industries.
  • Proven experience running and growing brand and/or product social accounts (ideally, in B2B).
  • Strong familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Business, Google Ads and newsletter platforms like Mailchimp.
  • Skilled in writing short-form content, crafting briefs and working with creative professionals (designers, editors, motion artists).
  • Experience managing content calendars and publishing tools
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing basics and how organic and paid content can complement each other.
  • Organized and self-driven, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and cross-functional projects.
  • A passion for games and a good sense of gaming culture – whether on mobile, console, or PC.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
