About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Donor Business Developer to lead our fundraising strategy and secure financial support from donors, investors, and funding organizations. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy targeting grants, donors, and fully funded startup programs.

• Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and funding competitions.
• Mentor and guide junior staff and interns in fundraising best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, fundraising, or donor relations, preferably within startups or nonprofits.
• Proven track record of securing significant funding from donors, investors, or grant-making bodies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong strategic planning and leadership abilities.
• Experience preparing successful funding applications and managing donor pipelines.
