Job Description

• About The Role:Oral BU e-commerce KAM for interest channel (Douyin ,Kuaishou, Xiaohongshu)

cooperates with internal and external partners to carry out business delivery,including livestreaming, short videos and traffic buy in Douyin and Kuaishou channels, reports to e-commerce Emerging Group GKA and works closely with them to lead the growth of brand awareness and sales on Douyin and Kuaishou livestreaming channel

• Responsibility

1. Responsible for full year budget planning and tracking,sales KPI delivery(GMV,ROI,convertion and etc.)and verification for agency and dealers

2.Responsible for the daily operation of Douyin and Kuaishou livestreaming, and promote the implementation of the sales target

3. Responsible for strategy, planning and execution of KOL, liverstreaming campaigns, Manage key relationships with DP agency and dealers

4. Responsible for livestreaming product rotation management ,Balance and manage

5. Responsible for livestreaming product rotation management and price control; Balance and manage store and KOL livestreaming product.

6.Have experience in Douvin and Kuaishou store operation and promotion, and be familiar with platform traffic weighting mechanism, improve the store's exposure, click-through rate, page views, conversion rate .

7. Understand the industry and the liverstreaming of competing products, combine its own data analysis and tap user needs, promote product optimization, and increase store sales.

8. Responsible for CRM management, analysis of shop crowd portraits, fan transaction level, increase fan stickiness, increase fan repurchase rate and joint rate.

9.Reporting

• Daily/weekly/monthly traffic report.

• Daily/Weekly/monthly Paid traffic report with KPIS(clicks, conversion, sales, ROI).

• Weekly/monthly/by event Fans report and Crowd analysis.

• Daily/weekly/monthly Sales report & Event report .

Leadership & Employees

1. Proactively seeks out opportunities to learn more about the new trend of Douyin and Kuaishou. Uses knowledge to suggest new ideas and change to marketing initiatives.

2.Manage and cooperate with internal teams and external agencies on planning and executions.

Who You Are

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

1. More than 1 year experience in Douyin and Kuaishou livestreaming operation, and more than 3 years experience in Ecommerce in daily chemicals ,oral and related category preferred.

2.Proficiency Powerpoint and excel skills. 熟练的PFT 能力和excel技巧

3.Must have strong data analysis capabilities, including user stratification, consumption habits, etc., to tap users' online shopping needs.

4.Must have practical experience in Douyin promotion tools, and be proficient in Douyin's promotion tools and KPIS.

5.Experience in successful cases of Douyin e-commerce liverstreaming operations is preferred .
