Job Responsibilities/ 工作职责 :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for all areas of research & development of gaming peripheral products.
• Plan and coordinate all product development activities from conceptualization to mass production in the area of electrical engineering
• Liaise and coordinate with vendors, development partners and contract manufacturers on all activities, schedules and deliverables
• Ensure that designs meet regulatory compliance requirements, including safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and contract manufacturers to ensure the timely delivery of quality components and assemblies.
• Participate in the selection and evaluation of new technologies and vendors, and maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Pre-Requisites :

• Master/Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in designing of electronic hardware circuits and system.
• Strong knowledge of electronic design principles, including analog and digital circuits, signal processing, and power electronics.
• Experience in using EE CAD/CAE tools (e.g. ORCAD, PADS, PSPICE) for product development and simulations.
• Experience in EMC/EMI design and countermeasures.
• Experience in fast-paced consumer electronics development environment.
• Good communication and proficient in both English and Mandarin.
• Great interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Strong knowledge and actual working experience in the following areas:
  • Computer peripheral or consumer electronics product design
  • Embedded microcontroller platforms
  • Wired/Wireless connectivity technologies (eg. USB, BT, WIFI)
