We are Mayhem Studios, a Bangalore-based gaming studio. We are gamers and we love games. We want to build rooted stories, characters, narratives and worlds that gamers will love for decades to come. We’re seeking a senior 3D modeller to join our exciting new and original game.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a senior modeller who can make inspiring, knockout 3D assets, working within a focussed and enthusiastic mobile game team.

What Are We Looking For

• Superb portfolio covering a variety of environments/vehicles/props
• Great visual eye combined with amazing 3D modelling and texturing skills
• Knowledge of real-world construction of buildings, vehicles and props, and how to represent them in a game engine
• Ability to work in realistic style and on real-time assets
• Can work fast and to deadline, makes clean and efficient meshes and textures effectively within tight budgets
• 5 Years + in a 3D modelling role with proven track record and portfolio
• Expert at modelling in Maya, and knowledge of Unreal Engine
• Knowledge of Substance painter and PBR workflow
• Able to make high polygon sculpts (ZBrush) as well as low polygon meshes
• Knows how to bake maps and to solve problems
• Strong experience of making games assets, ideally mobile
• Positive and enthusiastic team player
• Cares about quality and is able to take constructive feedback
