Job Description
As a Senior Environment Artist, you will collaborate closely with the Level Design team, Art leads, and other leaders to create high-quality environments within the KEMURI world. Your responsibilities include enhancing the quality and techniques of environment models, creating stylized materials, and handling all environment-related tasks such as modeling, lighting, and level art. You will also contribute to artistic and technical improvements, mentor junior staff, and ensure the precise completion of assigned tasks under the guidance of the Environment Lead. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of immersive world-building and a passion for crafting emotionally resonant experiences.
Must have:
- Create high-quality 3D environment models.
- Develop stylized materials for environments.
- Collaborate with design and art teams.

仕事内容
- 背景リードの指揮のもと、レベルデザインチームと、アートリーダー、他の部門のリーダーと緊密な連携をとり、優れた背景を完成させる
- ３D背景モデルのクオリティと技術の向上を常に心がけ、担当箇所を的確に完成させる
- スタイライズされたマテリアルの作成
- モデリング、ライティング、レベルアートなど背景関連に関するあらゆる業務
- 背景リードと協力し、クオリティ向上のため、アート的・技術的な改善策を提案する
- 中堅・若手メンバーを指導し、手本を提供する

You will join our team to build a unique stylized world.
The ideal candidate for this position has a deep understanding of immersive worldbuilding, with a passion to create emotionally evocative play experiences. We are looking for a passionate environment artist who loves to create unknown worlds and possesses the artistry to create stunning environment art.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Level Design team, Art leads, and other Leads under the direction of the Environment Lead to complete excellent environments
- Improve the quality and technique of environment models, and complete the assigned parts in a precise manner
- Creation of stylized materials
- Perform all environment-related operations such as modeling, lighting, level art etc.
- Work with the Environment Lead to suggest artistic and technical solutions to achieve quality improvements
- Mentor mid-career and junior staff and provide best practices
