We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Executive to contribute to a variety of finance transformation programs, with a focus on Payroll and HRIS implementations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing strategic insights, and driving continuous improvement in finance processes. You will:

  • Understand, document, and build harmonious end-to-end Finance processes and contribute to the end-to-end implementation of Payroll and HRIS processes.
  • Identity automation and improvement opportunities and support prioritization; support execution of identified opportunities.
  • Map controls to processes and support review of important risks and associated controls.
  • Help gather / document integration requirements, test cases and perform validation / testing to ensure accurate migration.
  • Perform UAT and post-implementation support, including identification and troubleshooting of bugs; build/maintain documentation and training material to institutionalize knowledge.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in finance transformation, payroll operations, or HRIS implementation.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Strong understanding of Payroll and HRIS systems (preferably Workday)
  • Knowledge of Payroll Systems & Compliance: Understanding of payroll and HRIS processes, statutory regulations, and best practices.
