The Senior Field Marketing Specialist will build and execute plans to generate demand for Ansys software products in the Taiwan market. They will collaborate with sales, technical, and corporate marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing plans. The role involves understanding key industries, markets, and audience to develop and execute marketing campaigns, as well as working with channel partners. Responsibilities include developing and executing Account Based Marketing plans, researching target markets, executing marketing events, exploring digital mediums for awareness, maximizing ROI, and analyzing marketing efforts. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the B2B buying process.

SUMMARY

The role of Senior Field Marketing Specialist will be to build and execute plans for generating demand for Ansys software products in Taiwanmarket. The Senior Field Marketing Specialist will team up with the sales, technical, and corporate marketing team to develop and execute effective and efficient marketing plans. The candidate will seek guidance and work closely with the Manager to deliver on marketing objectives and outcome. The candidate will understand the key industries, market, segments, and audience to roll out marketing campaigns to drive awareness and interest. The candidate will also be working closely with the channel partners to partner with them on driving success for the campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop and execute one-to-few and one-to-many Account Based Marketing plans.
  2. Research and gain understanding of key industries, markets, segments, and audience to develop marketing campaigns.
  3. Execute high impact marketing events through collaboration with sales, technical, and channel partner teams.
  4. Explore social media, third party websites, blogs and other digital mediums in Taiwan to build awareness, perception, and interest among the targeted buyers.
  5. Maximizing RoI for marketing budget by targeting right markets, industries, customers, products.
  6. Work with sales and technical teams to identify, prioritize accounts and execute one-to-few and one-to-many activities for accounts and market growth.
  7. Analyze marketing spend, efforts, and outcome to further improve marketing campaigns.
  8. Success metrics building and monitoring for ensuring successful industry and demand generation campaign execution.
  9. Deployment of activities such as account specifics tech day, webinars, developing landing pages to maximize success metrics.
  10. Work with sales, technical and channel partner teams to develop marketing plans for channel partner customers and ensure execution.
  11. Collaborate with sales and technical team to increase customer advocacy for the events.
  12. Execute different audience generation strategies to maximize registration and attendance for the events.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor/Masters in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
  2. Min 5 years of experience in marketing. Preferably B2B products.
  3. Good understanding of B2B buying process, challenges and success factors. Knowledge of sales cycle, challenges faced by sales in convincing the customers would be useful.
  4. Strong analytical orientation, attention to details, ability to work in a cross-functional team, strong customer focus, business acumen are essential. An ability to understand Ansys’ technical offering and to develop strategies to realize opportunities through the offering.

  1. Experience in B2B and B2C demand generation environment.
  2. Ability to travel up to 25%
