Intelerad is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive strategic insight, financial rigor, and operational clarity. This role is crucial in shaping the financial backbone of a healthcare-transforming company. Responsibilities include owning the forecast, building financial models, analyzing data for insights, streamlining financial processes, partnering with G&A functions on budgets and KPIs, supporting monthly closes and board presentations, and continuously improving financial practices through curiosity and challenge.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 4+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial modeling
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong understanding of Power Query and data visualization tools
  • Strong understanding of three-statement modeling
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Solutions-driven and detail-oriented
Good to have:
  • Experience with NetSuite and NetSuite Planning and Budgeting
  • Exposure to financial and operational metrics
  • Ability to complete financial reporting requirements
  • Understanding of cash flow modeling

Job Description

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a key architect of that mission—driving strategic insight, financial rigor, and operational clarity that power smarter decisions at every level of our business.

Responsibilities 

  • Own the forecast – Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts with clear and compelling variance analyses across key business segments. 
  • Model the future – Build and evolve dynamic financial models that support revenue growth, cost optimization, and strategic initiatives. 
  • Drive clarity from complexity – Analyze large data sets to provide meaningful insights, enabling our leadership to win the day with confidence and precision. 
  • Streamline & scale – Identify opportunities to automate, optimize, and enhance financial reporting processes, always looking for what’s next. 
  • Be a strategic partner – Collaborate with leaders across G&A functions (Business Systems, Finance, G&A, Legal, and The People Team) to build budgets, track KPIs, and align on goals. 
  • Report with purpose – Support monthly close cycles, Board presentations, investor reporting, and M&A integration efforts with accuracy and excellence. 
  • Lead with curiosity – Continually question assumptions, propose improvements, and challenge how things are done in the spirit of getting after it. 

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, related field or equivalent 
  • 4+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial modeling roles, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment 
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with a knack for translating numbers into narratives 
  • Strong understanding of Power Query and data visualization tools to build ad hoc visualizations for the Financial Leadership 
  • Strong understanding of three-statement modeling and corporate financial concepts 
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity, stay organized, and meet deadlines under an agile environment 
  • Excellent executive communication and collaboration skills— ability to manage financial requests from varying areas of the business 
  • A self-starter that is solutions-driven and obsessed with detail and accuracy – you like solving complex financial problems and digging into the details 

Desired Competencies 

  • Experience with NetSuite and NetSuite Planning and Budgeting, and data visualization tools 
  • Exposure to financial and operational metrics 
  • Ability to complete financial reporting requirements 
  • Understanding of cash flow modeling and leverage ratios
