We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our FP&A team. You will support Product Reporting and will be responsible for building and developing the models, tools and mechanisms necessary to address business opportunities, drive automation and improve internal controls. This role will be a strategic partner to the business in evaluating the economics of complex metrics as well as assisting in operational processes, business expansion and support planning/forecasting Reporting to the Manager, FP&A you'll be responsible for:
- Develop financial models and performance analyses to support decision-making on profitability, pricing, and competitiveness.
- Prepare and present month-end performance reports and quarterly business reviews, highlighting key product drivers for senior management.
- Provide clear variance analysis and financial insights, comparing actual performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, optimize efficiency, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyze financial risks and opportunities, develop action plans, and support the month-end close process with P&L reviews and strategic recommendations.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles, with a strong track record of success.
- CA or Master's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, MBA)
- Working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to extract and analyze data from databases.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience in FP&A. Exposure to Engineering teams will be a big plus.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel & Analytical skills, with the ability to dig into data and uncover underlying reasons and trends
