Senior Front End Developer (React)

We're R5 Labs, the tech company behind Edgemony and Product Heroes! We're looking for a talented Front End Developer to join our remote team and help major American fintech companies bring their products to life. This is a pivotal role where you'll make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Development: Create modern and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• React Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of React to develop responsive front-end components.
• Collaboration: Work closely with remote cross-functional teams, including designers and back-end developers, to deliver high-quality front-end solutions.
• Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum performance and responsiveness.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to maintain the integrity of the front-end codebase.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with our American fintech clients to understand their requirements and implement front-end solutions that meet their needs.

• At least 3+ years of experience in a Frontend project
• Knowledge of spoken and written English
• You’ve written Javascript/Typescript professionally
• You have a good grasp about Functional Programming and Design Driven Development
• You have experience with at least one statically-typed language
• You get a kick out of mentoring and empowering the team around you
• You have a deep understanding of how distributed applications are designed and built
• You know good technical design when you see it and ensure quality is embedded in the software development process
• You’re a good communicator, fun to work with and enjoy being part of a vocal, passionate team
• You do love Open Source
