Senior Full-Stack Developer

Our team is working with two internal and several external game development studios to create engaging mobile first games for the wide audience. Modern games are not living entirely on the mobile devices, but use backend platforms to enable interactive systems and features, such as matchmaking, leaderboards, live events, season passes and more.

As a part of the Central Tech team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining microservices and integrations across multiple Publishing, IT, Data and Technology projects. You'll need to be a versatile developer, working cross-project and cross-discipline, creating complete services or integrating several existing services altogether.

What will you do: 

• Build and maintain microservices for various functionalities, including game backend and SaaS integrations (using Python and other relevant technologies).

• Collaborate with IT and Data teams to ensure seamless data flow and system connectivity.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across frontend, backend, and integration layers.

• Integrate advertising and data collection SDKs into the 3rd party and internally developed games (familiarity with Adjust, Google Firebase, and Amplitude is a plus).

What you will bring:

• Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in full-stack development with experience in both frontend and backend technologies.

  • Experience with building and maintaining microservices using technologies like Python, Node.js, or Java.

  • Python: Strong proficiency in Python programming language.

  • Experience with integrating RESTful APIs, JavaScript & Java APIs and data pipelines.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  • Experience with version control systems like Git.

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and DevOps.

• Additional Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in the area of gaming & integrations, working in the front and back end projects.

  • Unity Engine: Experience working with the Unity Engine for game development is a plus.

  • Advertising & Data SDKs: Familiarity with integrating and managing advertising and data collection SDKs such as Adjust, Google Firebase, and Amplitude.

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues across different layers.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
