1. Build automated analytical models to continuously track global game market trends, competitive product dynamics, and user behavior data, identify high-potential product features, and collaborate with the strategy team to regularly produce reports, supporting high-level decision-making (e.g., new product establishment, resource allocation). 2. Lead data analysis and mining projects for key game milestones, closely collaborating with R&D, distribution, and strategy teams, providing insights to support business decisions, and being responsible for promoting decision implementation and effect feedback. 3. Focus on the growth topics of the early stages of the game (e.g., server launch, churn, and monetization), through modeling/A-B testing methods to identify key breakthrough directions, helping the project establish the correct understanding and make the best decisions. 4. Be responsible for building and optimizing the analysis and growth models for specific types of games, mining the deep insights behind key business indicators, and providing data support for business decisions. 5. Extract successful game data rules and strategy cores, abstract reusable category design paradigms; build a category data knowledge base, transform data insights into reusable game design experience, guide the subsequent R&D and distribution of products of the same category.
