N-iX is seeking a Senior Game Designer to join their team. The role involves creating concept and game design documents, collaborating with the R&D team, proposing engaging gameplay features, game balancing, ideation, feature design, communicating with clients, playtesting, design debugging, and ensuring product quality. The candidate will work directly with the team to achieve the highest quality product. This position requires strong design skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Must have:
- Experience in hardcore game concepting/design for PC and console.
- Experience with mobile games and monetization techniques.
- Proof of experience in game pitching.
- Understanding of game genre mechanics and gameplay.
- Good writing skills.
- Involvement in released games or modding.
- C1 or higher English level.
Good to have:
- Mathematics or combinatorics background.
- Basic knowledge of programming/scripting.
- Practical experience with Unity and/or UE4.
- Experience in level design.
- Copywriting skills.

Requirements:
- Experience in premium hardcore game concepting / design (PC, console)
- Experience with mobile games (ARM-funnel, retention, and monetization techniques to maximize profitability)
- Proof of experience in game pitching
- Understanding of different game genre mechanics, core gameplay and metagame
- Good writing skills and ability to describe thoughts in a structured but simple manner
- Involvement in released games of any caliber and/or modding
- C1 or higher English level including verbal
- Ukrainian language Advanced or higher.
Good to have:
- Mathematics / combinatorics background
- Basic knowledge of programming/scripting in any language (C#, Java, JS, Ruby, etc.)
- Practical experience with Unity and/or UE4
- Experience in level design
- Copywriting skills
Responsibilities:
- Creating concept documents and game design documents, working with R&D team on client proposals
- Propose engaging and creative gameplay features that will improve user experience and engagement
- Game balancing
- Ideation, feature design
