Job Description

This role involves designing core gameplay systems, features, interfaces, and controls for a globalized realistic 3A action game. Responsibilities include managing system resource allocation and consumption for self-sustaining gameplay loops, establishing system development pipelines, and guiding overall project planning. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of game design experience, a deep understanding of ARPG and MMO mechanics, and proven success in launching similar titles. Strong architectural skills, collaboration with programmers and artists, and a thorough understanding of overseas market demands are essential. The candidate must be proficient in writing detailed requirements documentation for design, development, and testing teams. Deep knowledge of and extensive experience playing 3D action games is required.

Must have:

3-5 years game design experience
ARPG/MMO game launch experience
Strong system design and architecture skills
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Deep understanding of overseas markets

Good to have:

Experience with Dark Souls-like games
Experience in global game development

Responsibilities:

1. 负责游戏内核心玩法的系统设计、以及各系统的功能设计、界面及操作设计；
2. 具备数值能力，能够把控系统的投放和消耗设计，达到自循环
3. 能够建立系统开发管线工作流，指导系统数值模块的整体工作规划。
4. 了解游戏研发步骤，可独立策划游戏中大型系统，整理和书写需求文档，供设计、开发、测试人员明确功能需求；
5. 与程序、美术密切合作，负责游戏系统设计及推进执行。

Requirements:

1. 3-5年以上游戏策划经验，参与过完整游戏项目流程，有ARPG、MMO类型游戏成功上市产品经验者优先；
2. 核心动作游戏玩家（玩过5款以上3D动作游戏超过50小时，其中一款需要超过200小时）
3. 具有很强的架构能力，善于从大局及细节去设计结构；热爱游戏，对业界主流MMO、ARPG、暗黑like等题材的游戏有过深入分析者优先；
4. 熟悉海外各级市场玩家诉求，有面向海外项目经历者更佳。
