The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and talented Senior Producer to take on a pivotal position, driving the successful delivery of "Robocraft 2." Reporting directly to the CEO, this role involves leading our passionate team to deliver the project on time, within budget, and above quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Build robust project specifications, roadmaps, and costings adaptable to changing environments. Articulate a clear vision, setting comprehensive goals for the team.
• Team Coordination: Produce detailed production plans, manage daily scrums, establish deadlines, and optimize workflows to enhance productivity. Act as the primary communication point, ensuring clarity and prompt resolution of issues.
• Quality and Standards: Conduct thorough risk assessments, create mitigation plans, and oversee the project to maintain the highest standards of quality.
• Resource Management: Forecast and manage resources effectively, including the integration of freelancers and outsourced talent as needed.
• Budget Oversight: Manage the project budget meticulously, ensuring efficient use of resources and financial accountability.
• Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior production staff, fostering a positive team culture and enhancing development efficiency.

• Proven track record with at least 2 shipped titles, ideally within the F2P model.
• Extensive experience in all stages of game development from concept to release, with a strong preference for those who have managed post-launch live services.
• Demonstrable team management skills, with a knack for motivating diverse teams towards common goals.
• Proficient in other project management tools, we use Liquid planner but JIRA, Confluence, G-Suite, Excel also relevant.
• An enthusiastic advocate for player-centric design principles, integrating player feedback and analytics insights to refine game experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

•  Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Background in smaller/indie studio environments.
• Project management certification.
