Senior Game Programmer
About the job
As a Senior Programmer you’ll:
• Write high-quality source code for complex game elements.
• Architect and own game features.
• Mentor junior team members and set good examples.
What we are looking for:
• Comprehensive knowledge of game engine architecture and hands-on expertise in engines like Unreal or Unity.
• 5+ years of C++ programming for games.
• Ability to deconstruct large problems into monitorable architectures and implement them with ownership.
• Good understanding of 3D math and graphics.
• Experience with large-scale pipelines for asset processing.
• Experience having shipped at least 2 game titles (preferably for consoles).
• Hands-on knowledge of source control and asset management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Useful if you can:
• Think critically and apply analytical skills to solve complex problems.
• Function effectively within a large team.
• Quickly master tools and development processes.
• Take direction and criticism.
