Skillsearch is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Gameplay Programmer to join a world-class team working on an exciting new project. This role is based in Brno and offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a groundbreaking tactical FPS game, Gray Zone Warfare, powered by Unreal Engine 5. If you are passionate about coding, game design, and creating immersive gaming experiences, this could be the perfect role for you. Your Mission Gameplay Systems Design: Design and implement gameplay systems and features using Unreal Engine and C++. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers and artists to ensure gameplay systems align with project requirements. Efficient Coding: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on scalability and clarity. Problem-Solving: Debug and troubleshoot issues as they arise, delivering timely solutions. Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior programmers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team. Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in game development. Who Will Fit In? Passionate Coder: A deep love for coding and a strong enthusiasm for gaming. Experience: A minimum of 5 years in programming with significant experience in Unreal Engine and C++. Youve shipped at least one premium multiplayer title as a game programmer, ideally an FPS. Team Player: Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Location: Willingness to relocate to Brno. What Can We Offer You?
