Job Description

Dream Game Studios is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of visually stunning marketing campaigns and product initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of design trends, tools, and best practices, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative quality. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure design aligns with marketing strategies and licensing requirements, and be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance marketing efforts.

Must have:

4-10 years experience
Photoshop, Aftereffects, Illustrator
Intermediate communication skills & comprehension
Innovative approach
Basic Jira & Excel Knowledge

Role

Creative Concept Development - Develop and lead creative concepts for marketing campaigns and product initiatives that align with the company’s goals and brand vision.
Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with other teams to align visual design with marketing strategies and the licensing team.
Innovation and Trend Awareness - Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to integrate innovative solutions into marketing efforts.
Project Management - Efficiently manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a high level of creative quality.

Must Have
