About the Company
Flow aims to create a superior living environment that enhances the lives of our residents and communities by developing, acquiring, owning, and managing multifamily apartment buildings and the services and technology inside those buildings.

Fulfilling our mission will require an exceptional group of people whose collective output is greater than the sum of its individual parts. Our team members are energized by the opportunity to impact our residents’ lives in meaningful ways. They are bold and creatively ambitious, driven by relentlessly high standards, act with a sense of urgency and accountability, and always, above all, operate with integrity, loyalty, and trust.

About the Role
Flow is looking for an experienced, top-notch Graphic Designer with Illustration expertise who will continue to push our brand to the next level. A designer who’s a self-starting, ideating, design-making human of creativity — bringing big ideas to life with a trained eye, detail-focused communication skills, and a talent for hand-drawn creations. Someone who’s been around the block a time or twelve. You’ve got all your creative badges sewn on and sashed to prove it: from digital & email, print & traditional media, to social & experiential, with some added illustration & animation capabilities for good measure.

Responsibilities

    • Creative, visual excellence. Design and deliver amazing visual work in whatever format deemed necessary
    • Craft presentations that clearly articulate your vision and direction
    • Never settling for average. Develop and strive towards creating results-driven campaigns from concept to production
    • Take initiative and do your own tricks. Dive in on projects to over-deliver new and innovative solutions others might not see
    • Collaborate across various departments to ensure the big vision is working together. Work as a team alongside creative and non-creatives to best support larger project and goals
    • Wrangle the details. Be an ambitious creative worker who can handle a calendar, responds to emails on time and knows a thing or two about deadlines and proofing
    • Outside the brand, help bring our magazine to life through epic layouts, beautiful typography, custom illustrations, icons and design that elevates our brand
    • Deliver the goods. Work with vendors and other agency partners to see the work through and set it free
    • Ability to create custom iconography and illustrations across a variety of styles
    • Good at working fast with quick turnarounds and taking feedback with ease
    • A never-ending desire to advance your craft and learn

Ideal Background

    • A minimum of three to five (3-5) years of relevant experience in creative execution—branding or agency experience preferred. Magazine experience is a plus
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
    • A proven ability to manage yourself on large projects, execute against creative briefs, and manage all production needs for a project
    • You have a solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite—Ps, Ai, Id, and even some Ae. Bonus points for Xd, Pr and DW
    • Extensive experience with presentation software (Keynote mainly) and comfortable presenting to both internal teams and directly to clients and agency partners
    • You can demonstrate that you are self-organized, self-driven, and have a strong attention to detail
    • You have a solid portfolio displaying your abilities, skills, and experience
    • Local/on-site in Miami or willing to relocate
