MXW, part of the Trailer Park Group, is looking for a full-time Senior Graphic/Presentation Designer. This is a Hybrid role, requiring some in-office time.

Based in London, Trailer Park Group is a full-service agency specializing in content creation and entertainment marketing. Trailer Park is uniquely positioned to make, market, and distribute content for its diverse client portfolio of top entertainment studios and major brands by combining storytelling expertise with large-scale production resources.  With content creation at the center, we support our clients with strategy, creativity, and the latest in digital services. Headquartered in Hollywood, Los Angeles, the agency also has offices in London and Mumbai.

MXW brings a suite of services to our many clients, including marketing strategy, branded content and campaigns, and immersive experiential offerings. The firm’s work for the world’s leading studios and streaming platforms comprises IP development and B2B corporate storytelling through to large-scale activation ideas and unique consumer experiences.

The Role

Working in partnership with our Creative Services Director, this role will deliver exceptional strategic thinking, creative application, and client service across a broad range of design deliverables comprising of:

  • Cross-company presentation templates
  • Company credentials
  • Partner pitches & sales tools
  • Main stage showcase decks (physical and virtual)
  • Mood boards & inspiration
  • Mock-ups & visualisation
  • Marketing collateral
  • Event branding (save the date, evites, sales materials, and venue look & feel)
  • Digital look books
  • Leadership reporting

Account Management 

  • Serve as the holder of the key client relationship, forging a positive connection and be their trusted advisor representing the agency
  • Lead the day-to-day meetings, calls and ever-changing requirements with clients
  • Translate the clients’ requests, briefings and thinking into an actionable agenda for the design studio
  • Responsible for communicating the clients’ objectives internally and deployment of the creative brief
  • Lead and manage multiple projects at once from conception to completion, driving teams to successfully deliver to time, quality, and budget
  • Clearly communicate, sell and pitch work to clients in an engaging way
  • Help write client presentations to best showcase and elevate the work
  • Review deliverables to check all is on spec/brief as well as quality assurance
  • Identify new projects and secure ongoing work to grow the business
  • Maintaining a rolling pipeline of work and provide quarterly reporting of business unit usage

Team 

  • Provide leadership, management and guidance to the design and account management teams
  • Capacity planning and resource management with wider MXW team
  • Build, maintain and manage external partners and consultants

Ideation 

  • Help concept ideas with supporting copy and visual inspiration
  • Identify and apply relevant trends in global consumer culture
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends - and demonstrate understanding of how they strategically integrate into key client communication ideas

Reporting

  • Draft scopes of work in line with agency procedures
  • Monitor scope creep, critical path and delivery
  • Evaluation of projects to apply learning’s going forward
  • Preparation of client reporting reviews

Other 

  • Play an active role across the agency to contribute to the company’s culture
  • Champion products and services within the wider Trailer Park Group, and liaise with division leads to ensure high quality and effective delivery of projects
  • Any other duties which the Company shall reasonably require from time to time.

Requirements

  • Entertainment marketing agency experience important
  • 2:1 or higher bachelor’s degree with 5+ years entertainment experience
  • Understand all aspects of B2B and consumer marketing (Creative, Brand, Digital, Partnerships, PR, Media, Research, Sales, Licensing).
  • Management experience with a keen ability to delegate and manage multiple projects and people
  • Highly organised individual who is detail orientated and able to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills/welcoming personality that encourages relationship building both internally and externally
  • A creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and personability 
  • An interest in cultural and zeitgeist events that can influence ideas and tactics – and a fan of Disney
  • Exceptional and versatile copywriting, brand strategy, and storytelling skills
  • Awareness of current film, fashion, music and social trends
  • Professional appearance and demeanor for interfacing with clients
  • Based in London and eligible to work in the UK
