Job Description
The Senior Graphics Producer at EFG will create broadcast graphics for studio and live broadcasts. Collaborating with the Design Director and cross-functional teams, this role ensures high-quality graphics, manages project timelines and budgets, and acts as a liaison between artists, managers, and clients. Responsibilities include briefing deliverables, scheduling projects, providing art direction, and leading review meetings with stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in graphic design, animation, and motion graphics within a creative agency or media company, with proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. On-site presence and potential travel are required.
Good To Have:
- Degree in Design or related field
- Event production or broadcast design experience
- Experience with live production software (Singular.live, Xpression, Viz)
- Data visualization and infographic skills
- Passion for esports and video games
Must Have:
- 5+ years experience in graphic design, animation, and motion graphics
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Art direction experience for diverse audiences and brands
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Description
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Graphics Producer will be responsible for producing broadcast graphics for our studio and live broadcasts. They will work alongside the Design Director to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our clients, publishers and audiences from all around the world. This role will also be responsible for making sure our graphics are at the highest quality and will require you to be on site for show days or possibly travel. Be prepared to help build something great!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Ensure that deliverables are clearly briefed, budgeted, create schedules, negotiate timing with cross-functional teams as needed, and track projects from inception to completion
- Act as a graphics liaison within the department assisting in the communication between artists, managers, internal teams and clients
- Collaborate with various internal departments and clients to translate their vision into a concise graphic work order that can be executed by the design team
- Collaborate with artists to achieve high quality results by quickly providing clear and meaningful feedback and creative direction
- Lead internal teams to develop and champion a cohesive aesthetic vision for our products and services
- Track daily graphics work orders, communicate project scope changes and update statuses to ensure deliverables and deadlines meet expectations
- Lead review meetings and present work to clients and key stakeholders
Requirements
WHAT WE NEED TO SEE
- 5+ years experience in Graphic Design, Animation and/or Motion Graphics with a creative agency / media company
- 5+ years working experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
- Proven ability to provide art direction for a variety of audiences, brands, and industries
- Must be highly motivated, work well under pressure, and regularly effectively prioritize multiple assignments
- Strong graphic design, motion graphic, and / or 3D animation portfolio
- Flexibility to work a schedule that can vary depending on projects, including overtime, weekends, and travel
PLUSES
- Degree in Design, Broadcast, or related field
- Experience in Event Production or Design for Broadcast
- Experience working in live production environment with live dynamic CG software such as Singular.live, Xpression, and Viz
- Data Visualization and Infographic skills
- A passion for esports and video games
